Will & Testiment, Dated:25 June 1811, indicates a farmer, who trained as a Cabinetmaker, With Ince & Mayhew, London in 1775, His Dowery? £210.
Ince & Mayhew. Emploted a 400 strong cabinet work force.
Samuel Hemingway, Then made all his own furniture, for his Parlour, at :Soothill farm.( valuation, 1811, The Parour furniture, £30,000. Rococo, obviously.
Furniture in house. £08.000.
Crops & stock £30.000

Charged an Astonishing sum: £210, in 1775.
Note: Nathanial Hobson ( The 1754,Gentleman & Cabinetmakers Director ) paid just £20 to :Thomas Chippendale, in 1754, while,John Barrows, paid £42 , to: Chippendale-Rannie, in 1758 . and lastly: Charles Jeffery paid £20 in 1767?.
